UNITED RISING

Our Work

United Rising (UR) is committed to safeguarding both the planet and its stewards, championing the rights of both humans and nature from a holistic perspective.

Our efforts focus on:

  1. Promoting an inclusive model of governance that upholds environmental and social justice.
  2. Management of our shared resources in a fair and equitable manner.
  3. Empowering individuals and communities towards a more sustainable and responsible model of living

Bridging from Individual to Collective Action

United Rising is more than just an organization; it’s an invitation to recognize that UR (you are, and we all are) United Rising. Our name encapsulates our mission to foster a paradigm shift in collective and individual awareness and action, championing principles of justice, sustainability, and equality.

We embody the collective working in collaboration and synergy, acknowledging that we are all meant to rise to greater values. This journey requires inviting individuals to elevate their actions while embracing a profound sense of responsibility towards the collective.

Our Values

UR’s actions and impact operate around six values to make a positive impact in each being and the world.

Contributing to the following UN SDGs

United Rising (UR) embraces the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined in the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda. Our primary objective is to advocate for a framework that prioritizes fundamental human rights for all individuals and respects the rights of nature.

While we endorse the current objectives, we contend that the principle of sustainable development must be urgently redefined to achieve greater harmony and well-being worldwide, rather than adhering to an incessant growth-centric blueprint that jeopardizes the needs of both the present and future generations.
